Yeh Ive googled John Bean and Wheeltronics and cant seem to come up with anything. Figured with all the people on here someone must have run across these before

FWIW , For $1500 , you can buy a brand new lift and save yourself some aggravation.

wheeltronic made those. you can get a manual off the snap-on site. $1500 is waay too much for that. I only paid $600 for mine in much better condition...

I will add though that they are very stoutly made, much thicker steel than the imports, and high quality american motor and pumps. I can't tell from the pics but the base should have long outriggers bolted to them to extend the floor plates on both ends.
