It's actually pretty cool! At the end of summer I'm gonna start the '54 project so I need to get the roadster out of the shop (2-car garage). I plan to erect one of those $200 Costco portable garages and store the roadster in there, inside the car capsule, over the winter.

Couldn't pass up the deal for $150 on CL. They retail new for $450 and this thing is in perfect condition! It's got a low wattage fan that keeps it pumped up and air circulating. The roadster fits just fine!

Wont that fan just **** in moist air and then the plastic interior just becomes a rain forest?

We have a fairly dry climate here in California.
From the CarCapsule website...…

The CarCapsule™ does not eliminate humidity it eliminates condensation. The fan exchanges the air by volume 3-4 times an hour. This constant air change and air flow does not allow hot air and cold masses to meet. This in turn eliminates condensation and keeps the vehicle completely dry no matter what the temperature or humidity level.
