Can those wings be opened all the way to make a sort of arrow head look? I was thinking some type of large pipe reamer? Ya know, like large 2" and up pvc pipe or even metal to debur it.

All I can think of is that movie from the '80s, "Dead Ringers" where Jeremy Irons played a set of twin Gynecologists...
He had an artist make him some surgical instruments "for mutant women"

That is it. Thanks. I finally found a New Britain catalog from 1959, shows it is an open-type snap ring remover for the 54 Hydromatic ******,
