A while back I found a pear head 1/4" at the pawn shop for 2 bucks. My plan was to use the guts to bring back to like my Granddad's Plomb. I have thought about getting the rebuild kit for Proto J5248S. Its a 3/8s in 1/4 body. has any one done this or know if it will work?
