I am slowly cleaning out my cellar and was wondering if these wrenches have any value?

I have several like those. They look and work pretty good with a simple wire wheel and rattle can paint job. As far as value I got mine for free from various places.

I ran a box lot of 5 or 6 Stillson pattern wrenches through the local auction here. I think the entire lot brought around twelve bucks. And they had been totally cleaned, put through the Evaporust and oiled.

Unless they are something rare or very hard to find, they won't bring much.

I think they'd be fun projects to restore if you're into that as a hobby. The left most one especially! Clean up all the rust and polish it up nicely, turn a beautiful new handle for it..

No love for the Pexto on the right? Or is it a Coes?
I have a few of those that I picked up for a couple of bucks each at local sales. How long are those wrenches? Maybe package in a few more pieces to justify shipping (flat rate boxes are your friend). What other goodies have you uncovered?

From the looks of them, not much. If they were a tool left by a loved one they might have some sentimental value. If that were the case I would try and clean them up.

For the one on the right, I'd say clean it up so it works. Oil the heck out of it and chain it to the gas meter. If there is ever an emergency, the wrench is already there to turn off the gas.

Thanks everyone I just didn’t want to throw them out if there was some value.

There's a guy called scout crafter on eBay. He made a whole bunch of videos restoring these old wrenches. You might want to watch them and get some ideas
