First one is a little ratchet wrench that is actually has crisp action. The jack I got a yard sale, the top is welded nicely to ram,its all one color. Has to have specific purpose. And last pic is 3 items from different places at different times. Does W or WW have a meaning or just a very weird coincidence?

W.W. are likely a previous owner's initials.

The jack may have been modified for incorporation in a fabricated assembly. The assembly may have been "factory" built, a custom fabrication for a customer, or fabricated by the end user.

Ya,sure looks like those. Mine is 3/4. Maybe my first pic is the side made with the company it was made for,not by. Like Ohio Ath Spec Co was the customer

ATH and SPEC are obviously abbreviations. I assume SPEC stands for Specialty, but con't make a guess at what ATH stands for. Perhaps coincidentally, Ridge Tools (like Ridgid pipe wrenches) is or was based in Elyria, Ohio.

edit: Here's a wild guess...if the name of the company was Ohio Athletic Specialty Company, possibly this was a wrench for removing and tightening cleats on the soles of football shoes. When I was in high school the cleats on my football shoes were removable and had a big hex head on them.
