Well, I finally have insulation and drywall on my walls. I put up shelving to get some things off the floor as well and still need more. Decided not to tape and texture for now because I can always pull boards down to run more wire if needed this way. sure is quiet and has stabilized the temperature swing some not to mention the lights reflect in the area better. the wood seemed to **** the light from everything and looked so dark.

The corner is a one bedroom apartment that I rent to my sister. I was going to build in the second story loft as an office but it has become storage for relatives ****. was supposed to only be there a few months.. well, I am sure some of you know the story. haha.

What did you put on the ceiling? It looks more reflective than drywall.

I have radiant barrier/poly on it. I put it up about 3 years ago and liked it enough to leave it as is. works well here in the az heat.
