Great find. Congratulations. In the old days, before I knew anything about tools, I remember print ads (maybe in Popular Mechanics or Popular Science) with George Bignotti endorsing SK Tools. Bignotti was Foyt's crew chief (Indy car) for a time back in the day. I don't know if there was any connection with Bignotti's and Foyt's endorsements of SK Tools or the history of it.

Yup, you hit the lottery. I've got a smaller set of 1/2" drive S-K's from the 70's and they're excellent tools.

I wind up with a lot of sk randoms...

probably the most popular brand I find after craftsman, completely disregarding any unwarranted alien stuff that is, but I don't buy those..

my sk extensions are the best I have ever had, there sockets are great too.. if I was to buy new tools I would look at sk first
