What is the drill bit of choice for a 3/4 inch hole in an i-joist? I'm running one 14 gauge run through 10 joists. I'll drill in the center of the web, no other holes within 2 feet of the new holes.

If you're just drilling through OSB, a spade bit will do, or even a holesaw.
If you care about blowout on the other side, drill halfway until the point pokes through, then switch to the other side.

Not about drilling, but if you have a laser or at least a chalk line, do yourself a favor and get all those holes lined up in a straight line. It'll make pulling a lot easier than if the wire (or pipe) zig-zags over the path.

Auger bits don't work worth a damn for I-joists, but for 10 holes, will get the job done. I use Spyder holes saws, but don't mess with the little guys. I think my smallest is 1-1/4.

After using Spyder hole saws, the old types just stink. Menards always have them in their black Friday ads. I don't go, but give a list to someone in my house. She brings them home to me.
