Hi I was just walking my dog and in the ditch I found an Amprobe hd 110 multimeter. Now I have a harbor freight freebie but this is a fraction better I think. Anyway now my question is there a booklet or book that explains how to use it? I have taken notes when I needed to test a 12v battery and used my HF to do it and it worked fine. My need would be stuff like this maybe checking for a broken wire in an ATV or an on / off switch on a chainsaw. I am an electrical idiot I know less than zero about using a multimeter but I would like to know how to if I should need to. Is there a booklet for this sort of thing designed with dummies in mind?

sorry yes this is the 110 C and thanks I think I saw that online and I will look again. I think the manual though assumes that you already know how to use one and are very familiar with the nomenclature used to describe how to use the rig.

That's quite a bit more than a fraction above a horrible freight meter. Lucky sod if it still works.
