I normally agonize over a 5 dollar purchase for a long time but I couldn't pass this up.

I currently live in a house owned by my employer and they don't want to put 220 in because I can use the welders in the shop. I would be too embarrassed at my current skill level though so I was trying to decide if I wanted to get a Dual voltage are a cheap 120v to practice with.
I was at TSC and this was on clearance for $180. I figured it would be good enough to learn on and it is even multiprocess. Anyone used these welders before.
I would like recommendations on sticks, wire (flux and solid) and how is the cheapest way to get gas.
