I'd pay $300 if I needed such a set (and maybe if I had some $ lying around - because I think it's cool). I doubt he'll get more for it.

However, I wouldn't pay any more for the equivalent Snap-on set, so...

Haha, he's also selling a fugly brass chandelier for 400. He's on something rather potent, me thinks!

I sure like how Hazet put everything in those cool cases! :) Its such a bummer that we can't get Hazet for reasonable prices over here; if I ever get back to Deutschland... I'l definitely have to get some tools! :)

Thanks for the info guys.

Yeah I wrote him with an offer of $150 just to insult the **** outta him. He told me that they were the finest German tools, "I can accept no less than $1200" and I laughed right back.

Haha, yeah... see those prices on the other junk he's "selling"?
