This Champion duplex compressor was removed and a new system installed. There asking $500.

(2) 10hp three phase motors, 200 gal tank and I think R-30 pumps?

Wait. You looked at it and yet this individual trailered it out? In other words, you bought it, congrats! Although I never understood why duplex pumps are preferred over a larger pump (25-30HP range).

If it works, that is a crazy good deal. Duplexes are many times a better option than a bigger single pump unit. When the air demand is lower, it is possible that only one pump and motor will run, which could save energy. The other will kick on when the air demand picks up.

It's a great deal....If you can use it (power it) and it's not worn out.
