After having to do an evaporator core on a 2004 Grand Am I realize my cheap Black and Decker screwdriver just won't cut it.

I have been thinking about either a VPX, Bosch, or Snap On.
The VPX is Lithium Ion, can be had from Walmart for about $42 (on sale now), and has a rebate for a free second battery.
Specs:
Voltage - 7 V
195/625 rpm
40/140 in-lbs

The bosch PS20-2 has some good reviews. It can be had locally for $120 (Lowes).
Voltage - 10.8
400 rpm
80 in-lbs

And of course, the Snap On CTS561. From the beloved Snap On man. $134.
Voltage - 7.2
375 rpm
60 in-lbs.

I need one soon. What are your personal experiences? What are your comments?

Help me decide!

The PS20, and PS40 have been on closeout from Home Depot for $99. They should be on sale elsewhere, as they are rebranding them 12v, like the 10.8 volt competitors (Milwaukee and others).

I've had very good luck with them and been happy, however, you might also look at the PS10. Not quite the same torque, but being able to be straight, or bend at a 90 may have its advantages.

If I had to buy one of these tomorrow, I would probably spend my money on the Bosch... I haven't heard any negative comments about Bosch.

Ridgid on the other hand...

I must be lucky. My Dewalt 18v is still going strong after close to 10 years of regular use. I have bought 2 new batteries but it hasn't given up yet.

Get the Bosch PS10 the right angle comes in very handy. The batteries seem to last forever too. Only thing I don't like is the size at first I was supprised how big it was, I thought it would be too large to be useful but it comes in so handy. It takes a bit to get used to the electronic clutch, it just cuts power and stops like the battery is dead. I was so used to hearing the clicking of standard clutches. but after using it for a while I'm glad I got it.

I like my Dewalt dw920k-2 screwdriver; some people think it is too heavy but I still love it! It has good battery life and is built like a TANK!!

My team at work has one of these, works pretty well...

Someone posted this:

I'm going to go "rent" one from Home Depot, and keep it if it performs as well as my old 2.4V ones...
