I went to a flea market about two years ago and I bought that jack for 10 bucks, it was worth dragging it to my Jeep in the hot sun. I grew to love this thing, I love the fact that it has a big plate, plus feels super sturdy. I did not know that much as I do now. The companies wanted to sell it to me for like 35 and 48 bucks each plus shipping and handling. Of course, new parts. I just want that little small wheel, I Google every night. No way would I pay 90 bucks for these darn wheel.

Cut the caster apart and steel the wheel. Or spec out the caster with the stem that you need.

Thanks for that idea, I have a company branch located near my home, so I will email them or call them. Maybe they can sell the wheel alone. Who knows. One thing is for sure, the whole thing is expensive since I know I can get the original part for $38.00, like 10 bucks extra, but I know I do not have to drill or modify the jack. Thanks again

I see old chinese-made floor jacks (which no longer function) for sale cheap quite often at flea markets, since they don't normally last long, and are so hard to find parts for. Maybe you can match up a wheel from one of those?

I've written down your specs, and will take them with me to big flea market this weekend. Maybe I'll find an old jack which would serve as a donor.

i will remove both wheels and swivel mounts from my hine warner and sell everything for $20. they are in good cond. i just don't want to rebuild it...

the wheel is 2 5/8 diameter,with a 1/2" hole overall this should not raise your jack more than1/4" in the rear.that shoulder make much difference.
