I need Columbian Vise help

Hello

I purchased a vise and was given 4 more. There is one I want to keep is a Columbian vise 43 1/2 This is in pretty good shape. However, I noticed a crack on the base on the swivel track and its on the outside of track..Can or should this be fixed? I need opinions

That looks a lot like my Columbian. Is there a source for jaws for these old vices? Mine is missing the inserts.
