I need two of these. They go in an Ambass A Dor garage door opener.

Looks like a standard "ice cube" relay, made by dozens of manufacturers. Just match the specs (24VAC coil, DPDT and same HP ratings) and you can source one from numerous vendors/manufacturers. We use IDEC RH2B's, but you could use Omron, Eaton, Schneider, ABB, Allen Bradley, etc, etc, etc.

I concur with the above. What makes your relay special is the mounting ears on the cover. If you can do without them then you will have a lot of options to choose from. If your lucky then you may be able to remove the cover from what you have and put it on the new relay.

I called a few of the places that I had Googled prior to posting this request and they all said the part was no longer being manufactured, or that they didn’t stock it, although they showed it on their site.
I can do without the ears. Can someone give me the correct number for a current relay that will work? I found a couple on the Grainger site, but I’m afraid to order the wrong one.

Is there a diagram on one of the other sides that shows relay contact connections? If so, post a picture of that as well.

There should be a diagram on the clear part, on a side you have shown yet that has a diagram showing the operation (internal wiring) The diagram should also indicate if it might be a latching relay.
