I need ideas

I was looking for this craftsman service tray, but they dont make them anymore. I know snapon and blue point make the same exact thing, but i dont want to pay that kind of money for it. Anybody have any ideas? Im not looking for a cart. I really want somthing that i can fit between the wheels when Im under the hood.

Thats was i was thinking. Then taking the wood top off and putting a metal tray. Anyone who can help, i would love to see pics.

Works well and has enough height to get over the fenders of everything in the family except the F250 Super Duty. Usually have it tucked up against the leading edge of the front wheel and the fender. I put a foam pool noodle on the pole so I don't have to worry about the paint.
