I need quick advice on a mig welder

I found a 110 mig welder on Craigslist and need some advice on it. I want to buy it today as I dont think it will be around long.

Here is a copy of the ad:

marquette 179 mig welder 110 amp model # m12179 works great must sell moving this is cheep cheep cheep $175 (248) 425 1661 with tank complete with full wire spool

I saw these going for 800 bucks and compared to hobarts and lincolns
