I need some advice

So I’m in the middle of a garage remodel. I have a reputable company doing the epoxy flooring job. The list of product on the contract specifies polyaspartic, primer 2500, metallic pigment pack and self leveling cement. They did all the prep work over the previous two days and today laid down the primer, then the color went on. There are air bubbles popping up in places. The owner said they are going to come back tomorrow and sand down the places where there are air bubbles and reapply the top coat. But he mentioned no clear coat. He told me initially before the bubble issue that it would have a clear coat applied. He said I wouldn’t need a clear coat now as I have two top coats and it would still look very shiny.

What do you think about two top coats and no clear?

These can be pretty well healed by a good scuff and a clear-coat.
If this is a thick coat, it's to be expected.

Well, I had to throw the epoxy guys out of my house. They sanded it down and reapplied another coat and it bubbled up again. They said I’d need to pay 5 grand to have it stripped down and have a vapor lock sealant applied. I said no. They did fix the cracks in the concrete which were pretty big and extensive, but they left with zero. I ordered premium techfloor from weathertech. 1k for everything.

You knew there is no point in screwing around with those guys.

That really *****. Be sure to document everything while its fresh in your mind, and get lots of photos before you put down the techfloor, they might come after you in small claims.

Those bubbles look like air trapped in the coating and not vapor issue, IMO.
Usually water issues take a while to set in and the bubbles are large.
