I have a detached garage which currently has 100 amp and my generator backfeed lines to the house. These are all buried in conduit. I want to redo my patio in the back and need to move the conduit back about 15 feet further, I know the current wires in it will be too short by about 10 feet or so. My question is can all these wires be spliced in some kind of junction box I can bury or do I need to run all new cables?

This doesn't have anything to do with your question but some of the information you supplied is problematic. You should not be back feeding a generator via a sub-panel to the main-panel. That's a no no.

underground splices won't work to well with wire in conduit, they are intended for direct bury wire.

you could buy a small quasite box and splice in there.

Thanks for the answers. I am not backfeeding to the main panel. I actually dont do much electrical at home (I do everything else though). The generator was installed by my electrician and it sits outside my garage and then is fed into my generator panel which is in my house.

those underground splice kits. I understand they are for small load, like maybe a yard light, but not for a 100 amp service line.

Different sizes available.

I needed to extend a 10 gauge 240V line. (Classic, the previous owner buried it 6" under the sod. When re-establishing the grade in the yard so that the water would drain toward the street and not the garage, I "discovered" it with a rototiller !) The one I used was a "4 way" splice. 4 splice terminals (well actually 8 - 4 in and 4 out) in an inline, plastic (?) cylindrical "block". A good sized chunk of heavy duty, waterproof shrink tube (I had to use a MAPP gas torch to shrink it)
