I need torx smaller than T10, recomend?

Several times recently I have needed a Torx tool smaller than T10.

I don't know which ones, since the screws are too small for me to see, much less measure.

anyone have experience? handled tools? sockets? set?

I don't need top end tools for this, but a $1.99 Chinese set wont be good either.

have you tried allen wrenches? I have used them on some very small torx screws.

This is the set that I have and for what I need it has done just fine. I have disassembled several small electronic devices with them.

It's probably a T-7. A decent auto parts store should have one.

I have this set and it works just fine for what they are used.

I picked up a nice little driver from Lowes. It came with the handle and 8 bits that are stored in the handle. I don't know what the sizes are, I'd have to go look but the largest is T10 and the smallest is very tiny. Picked it up because I ran into something smaller than T10 a few days ago. I'm sure it's made in china but for around $4 it fit the bill.

Throw in one more for the Sears set. I have both the torx set and the small phillips and flathead driver set, and they're great. I use them personally, and I have a Stanley "made in wadda-bada-bing-bang" to give out as loaners. Not even a small bit of wear, and I use them quite frequently.

I had this problem, but the screw was buried down a hole. The universal sets with the 1/4" drive prevented the shaft from going all the way into the hole. A dedicated tool fixed that.

I just bought this kit this past weekend. For the infrequency that I need the smaller ones, it's just nice to have and for the price, you can't go wrong. I think I got it for around $7 with the 20% off coupon.
Mine is a black case with a green inserts on the driver, so ymmv.
The tweezers are real cheesy fwiw.
