I saved it from the scrap barrel. Now what?

We were cleaning out a storage room at school this past summer and the head of maintenance (I work in building maintenance over the summer) told me to snag anything I wanted. I saved this. It is a Williams Superrench #8041 and the thing is a beast. It has a 1 5/8" on one end of the offset and a 1 7/16" on the other.

I tend to be a practical person and realistically I am never going to have an application for this wrench. Where does one go about selling a single wrench like this? I don't imagine there is that high of a demand for a man killing old wrench like this one.

Before someone suggests it, hanging it on a nail in the garage just so I can look at it every now and then is not going to happen.

That is a cool wrench, but I'd probably just hang it on a nail in the shop. Pretty common here so I don't know if it has much value especially when you factor in the shipping charges.

You'd be surprised at how many people could use that. Take a look at the top fork tube nuts on a motorcycle as well as oil sump drains and drive sprockets. Classified here is easy.

That thing's a beastt!! If you really want to sell it try fleebay. If I stumbled across a log of a wrench like that it would be like destiny telling me to hold onto it. A monster bolt not attainable using an impact gun may be in your future if you sell. Been there, done that.

I have some schedule 40 pipe that would work as an excellent cheater bar for that goliath.

Unfortunately the 1" shank hitch balls require a 1 1/2" wrench.

^^^THIS^^^ 1-7/16" is pretty much interchangeable with a 36mm.

1-5/8" is common in most trades - it is the wrench for a 1" heavy nut.
