Looks nice, but i thought it would dry with a glossy finish. Can i use a clear epoxy over it or a poly? i need a glossy smooth finish to help clean up messes. i did my research but not good enough i guess. so now i'm asking the pro's, what do you recommended? i need to cover about 450sqf.

p.s. i would never use epoxy shield outside in the garage. this just seemed like the way to go to clean up dog hair, as i keep them down there during the day.

Yes, you can apply a clear epoxy over it. You need to rough up the surface with sand paper and wipe it down with denatured alcohol before applying the second coat. Use a water based product as before so you don't have to deal with the VOC's or even a 100% solids epoxy.
