This thing is cool. Someone took a gas powered chain saw and put a 10" circular blade on and wow does it scream trough wood. I couldn't post the Link here so type " gas powered circular saw" into your browser.

When I was a residential Mason Laborer we used to use Stihl and Partner cutoff saws with large wood cutting carbide blades to cut up lumber for forming footings. No power, to generator, no problem, but dangerous as hell.

Can't seem to find what you're referring to. Sounds no different than a K-12 saw that has been used in the fire and masonry industry field for years.

Mafell of Germany also makes saws in a similar size. There comercials don't seem to promote safety though.
