I have a "North American Auto Equipment" 4 post lift,
I have had it 2 yrs , been trouble free, this am I went out to the work area, saw an oil spot on the ground under the pump assy on the lift, upon inspection
found the oil tank had cracked.
I took some pics, and came in the house to see where I could obtain another one, I looked up my invoice saw it was 2 yrs old, and waranty was 1 yr, so OK,
anti up for new one.
I email NAAE, (specifically Rick Nickerson , sales MGR) asking where to obtain a tank.
and within 10 min had a reply, he asked for my address, and 5 min later said they were shipping a tank to free of charge!
ALL WITHIN 15 MIN OF MY 1ST EMAIL!
I just had to let people know, there is still customer service in America!

Curious as I was just on that site yesterday and ran across this post today.

KUDOS to North American!!

I have been shopping for a hoist and was drawn to them as Made in the USA. They were high on the list of consideration.

This post was the encouragement to "seal the deal".

By them supporting you and replacing your tank they will get at least one sale of $1,400 from me.

It was good to hear good news - too many times all we hear are the bad things.

if only more businesses realized that the "small" expenses they invest in the support of their customers can lead to "larger" dividends for them.
