Hi, My name is Ian Berky and i'm a member of the sister site, Jalopy journal, and My wife and I just bought our first home with a 20x30 garage in the back of the house.....I'm pretty stoked!!! So I joine this forum hoping to get some pointers and ideas on how to set up my new work space!! I already browsed the site and there's some amazing set ups on here!!

Welcome to GJ. Looks like a nice clean canvas you have to start from. Nice to have a pool so close to the workshop. I also joined here recently to get great ideas on my garage makeover. There are a lot of amazing spaces here. Hope you can find ideas that fit your budget.

Welcome from the other end of "The Valley". Your garage is like a blank canvas and a good size, is that a new garage? The old ones did not have shear walls.

Thanx everyone for the nice welcome!!! Yeah it seems that the garage is pretty new, im gonna have to finish the drywall and some electrical and plumb the compressor etc.... it's very nice to have the pool right next to the garage.......it gets really hot in burbank in the summer!!!!
