ID? Bracket bending locking pliers

[Two Speed]

Does anyone know who made/makes this mini "sheet metal brake" set of locking pliers? Or the proper name of them? I've googled, google image searched all the variations of bracket bender, locking pliers, bending brake, and whatever else I can think up but come up with naught. Poked around places like Eastwood to no avail.

Those looks seriously useful for bending small stuff. Much better than sticking in a vise and beating with a hammer! lol Must have one now!
