I picked this floor jack up for $10 and I am trying to rebuild it. There are no numbers stamped on it anywhere. There is very little bit of a label left on the lift arm, but not enough for me to id it. The side frame is 46" long. The lift arm is 26" long. See pics below.

Thanks,
Rick L.

I would bet on that jack being a HEIN WARNER. Take note of the badge on my jack and the scar on your jack.
I spent time and money chasing parts and rebuilding the HW I have. I think it was a total waste of resources. I do not like anything about this HW including how it struggles to lift the rear axle of my 1940 Ford. I have hidden this HW in a corner behind my air compressor. If you are in the neighbourhood, I will happily give this POS to you.

I don’t think it’s an HW as everyone of those I’ve seen has been orange. My vote is a chineesium import.

The underside of the jack is more orange in color. The top is faded. Is there somewhere I can learn about how to measure the seals?

Thanks,
Rick L.

After further review of what’s left of the tag, I believe that to be a Central Hydraulic 2 1/2 ton model. Once you dismantle it, We can assist with measuring. It’s pretty simple and Seals are rather easy to acquire without paying 1000% markup.

I cannot help you any but that is a nice looking floor jack.
I hope you can get it back in as new condition.
