ID Jack Help

This jack was curbside, and I figured it would be a good project. From what's left on the label, I think it was sold by Montgomery Ward. Looking through previous posts it might have bee made by walker, hein, or norco--or maybe not. I know it needs an air vent, and it will probably need seals. But I'd like to have the parts in hand before I start the project.

Its a Walker Design, Probably sold under AJAX. I have the Parts in stock but couldnt in good Faith sell them to you, Till you tear into that bad buy to make sure everything looks good/rebuildable as it looks like its seen some weather.
