ID this air fitting?

It's on a Harbor Freight radiator pressure tester, and doesn't seem to be any of the ones listed on the Milton website.

I'm starting to see a lot of wierd air fittings on the Chinese tools now. I suggest remove it if you can and go with a common fitting.
