If that is the cast iron frame, those things are a beast for rigidity. Don't know much else.

I just rebuilt one of those. I discovered that that belt guard alone is worth about $200. I paid $200 for my saw, and put about $100 worth of parts in it (tires and bearings). Mine was a bargain, probably because it was a basket case. They bring at least $400 and up around here.

It is the ubiquitous Delta 14“ bandsaw for cutting wood. Looks like it may have a smaller motor, and a bit of rust on the table. If you need a wood cutting bandsaw it is a great machine that will run for years. I’d price it right at $200, due to the open stand, questionable motor and wiring, and rust. I have 3 or 4, some are the wood metal variety, and the most I paid was 350.

Over the years I have refurbished several, at one time I had 14 BS which I went through each one taking them completely apart. Cheapest one I purchase was 100.00, but I also paid more for some. Which like others said, Delta, Delta Milwaukee, Rockwell. Point being they are basic and there are some good aftermarket accessories available and eBay is full of parts. If it’s a plug & play BS I would say 250 tops, put really it’s up to you. Keep in mind that it will last life time if operated within its limits. Don’t expect it to do what 20” BS will do. They are awesome saws The D/M see in back has a cast aluminum belt guard, it’s from 40’s I also did the other which was Doall BS for metal

Besides bearings, belt and tires not too much else to do except cleanup.

I have no clue what it's value is or cost should be. BUT, it is rare to see any belt guards on old machines like that. a lot of them were damaged or just taken off and thrown away over 60/70/80 years of use. That feature alone may make that particular saw very desirable. Note I didn't use the word valuable. Just because something is old and less than common doest make it valuable. More of a curiosity.
