What's this hammer head used for?

Would make a great meat tenderizer!

It is a meat tenderizer. Mix flour, black pepper, and salt, dreadge some round steak in the mix and then start hammering it in, add more flour mix until it won't hold no more and then put in a skillet with a can of tomato juice and bake for about an hour.
