ID this jack

looks alot like the Hein Werner WSII, maybe an inch or so smaller. Can anybody ID this guy? The fill plug is on the plate between the 2 front wheels, not the hydraulic cylinder. i need to order some parts....thank you.

I saw one like that recently on market place, it said Hein Werner Handy Andy on it. It was next to the larger one.
