LeBlond made a portable lathe like that back in the teens or twenties (look about halfway down that page) but while of a similar style, it's definitely not the same make.

Rumor has it Lodge & Shipley made a similar wheeled model, but that ones' headstock doesn't look like any L&S I'm familiar with. (By no means an expert, but I do know a bit.)

I seem to recall hearing that SouthBend and one or two others made something like that as well. I'd be very interested to know who made that one. It's old enough to still have plain headstock bearings, but new enough to have it's own motor, so it's likely late 20s to mid-late 30s or so.

If you could get a super close up view of the brass speeds plate on the left, the name might be on there. It has some South Bend looking parts and also some Monarch looking parts. I'm at a loss as to its actual brand.
