ID this Snap On Box

Well, somebody at my work is selling this box for $200. I cant for the life of me ID the model. Is it even Snap On, or did someone just slap stickers on it. Anyone know?

That is a older Blue Point cart, they were about $250 when new back in the day

the next model came with gas struts for the lid

when i bought I paid around $250 and it was only a couple months old, basically brand new
