I talked to the guy. He doesn't have the model number but will look at it and call me. He says it's the newer style with the round lock. It has a small dent in the top. He bought it used from the truck. Was gonna use it to transport tools, but was too big and heavy. Hasn't used it in a while. 2 guys called and wanted it Mon. but i tied it up.

Good deal?
Or just what it's worth?
How would it look on top of an HF roller?

I talked to the guy minutes after the ad was posted. I think I'm going to pass, I don't really need it but it sure would be nice to have. Buying that would only make me want to fill it!

i don't NEED it either, but will find a use for it and my HF is getting full and the 3 drawer Homak and the 3 drawer Craftsman. It should give me a good variety of boxes and I've never seen a SO box in the flesh. It is BB. We'll see what SO is all about!

OK,
Here's what happened. After agreeing to buy it I was set to go give the seller $100 this morning and final payment next week and pick up the box then. Got there and he said he'd already promised it to someone in his shop. Hmmmmmmm! Well, I looked it over and it was the older model w/OUT BB slides, so I considered it just a wasted trip in my 10MPG van. Slid by HF on the way home and they got a new shipment of the red service carts. Snagged one for $159.99 plus tax by using the 20% coupon. $169.59 out the door with a free multimeter!

Woohoo!

Left the account at $14.00 balance so the wife was a little miffed........she'll get over it.................... I'll fix her a great dinner.
