Is there an International Harvester logo somewhere in there? As for OEM, couldn't tell you.

Negative. Here's a clue. To me it seems like a very early example of one of the china brands we have today.

Hout's do kind of look like this some years but most of them have stamping in the front cover that locates the Hout oval sticker also.

I did. Early Homak, even though their site says they've been around since 1942 or something. He got it around late 80s/early 90s. Friction slides, seems like a decent box. Haven't seen one here, figured everyone wouldn't mind seeing something different.
