Found this tool in a collection, but couldn't find a use for it. It has a W cast on one side of the handle; a 565 on the other side; and the square opening is 1/2"

It's an old J.H. Williams Square-Box Wrench...

Since it only has the Diamond-W and not the full logo, it was likely included with a machine as a service tool. The number on the wrench looks more like 585 to me.

According to the Williams catalog #308 (page 69), the model 585 is a 1/2" Square-Box wrench w/industrial black finish.

The 565 (page 70) is a 1-1/16" - 3/4" Tool Post wrench (open end - square-box combo).
