the only thing I can come up with is for removing the nuts on electrical conduit??and what the hell is this other thing for? It has a bee on it so I'm guessing it's for removing stingers? It's made outta glass and the bottom portion is etched

How about this? It says "Twin Lead Stripper" on one side and "Metal Crafters, Chicago, IL, USA" on the otehr. I can understand how the stripper behind the head would work, but what is the punch-like head for?

It looks like it's for notching something? does it cut cleanly? (maybe try it on some single layer cardboard?)

The last picture seems to bee what we call in the electrical utility as a spanner wrench. It's used to tighten up elbows on a padmounted transformer. Like in sub divisions. I view. It could be used to tighten up some other round object

OK this is the other one-

Spanner. Used for tightening nuts on things like hydralic cylinders, collets, shocks, basically anything that has a big nut and in places where it's not possible to get a socket or wrench over the threaded object to get to the nut.

Twin lead generally refers to the old style flat antenna wire used for televisions or FM radio, so it's probably a tool used for stripping that stuff.

And there is the answer to the notcher. to cut the center web of the 300 ohm twin lead back before stripping it to use.
