Snap On N-2804. 1952 date code. 1/2" drive.
Got it for a buck at an estate sale but have no clue what it is used for.
Google is no help.
I figure with all the brainpower here someone must know what it is!

Hey have you ever figured out exactly what this tool is?
Reason I ask is...I also have one I picked up in my travels. Most likely from a tool auction.
I had the Snap-On rep that comes to the shop look at it and he had no clue, couldnt find the part # in his computer even!
I'm located in N. Minnesota where there is a few lakes so maybe your guess of a marine application is correct.
I put the model number in Bing and it showed a similar one that sold on Ebay. Description said it was breaker bar. It also had a knurled handle that your seems to be missing.
I would post this over on the vintage snap on thread.....SnapMom pretty much knows anything and everything about Snapon.....If they don't know then you was never meant to know

I’ve found that some of the SO tools with oddball bends were for their aircraft tool line. The bends that could reach in around cylinders and cowls etc. Cool tool no matter what.
