Looks like the typical inexpensive “Asian” (ie. Chinese) produced vise.

We have one on CL that could be its brother.
It looks somewhat similar to a vise I have, an older Olympia 5 inch vise, made in China. Some slight differences though but not sure if it’s because yours is a 6 inch. Mine also has no markings or lettering because it originally had a little thin metal tag attached to the surface that said Olympia made in China. I suspect that it comes from a Chinese manufacturing facility who then sells it to different distributors and each of them can attach their own labels to it and sell it under different names.

One of the major Chinese vise manufacturers is
Jiangsu Swordfish Bench Vise Co. Ltd. of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, China., a manufacturer which supposedly goes back to the 1980s.
Laizhou Hongyuan vise Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
of Shandong is another. (I think connected to the “Forward” brand), and which may go back to the 1950s in some way.
Most of the Chinese vises seem to have been copied from US or European patterned vises, (who also copied each other), sometimes with slight changes, and other times with changes specifies by US or European importers.
I presume there might have been an original US or European vise that OP’s vise copied, but gave no clue who originated the style.
The Milled section Only, on the top of the vise slide is typical of British vises like Record, rather than traditional American vises, which tended to have the slide milled rectangular on all three sides, rather than just the top and a ledge on top sides of the slide.
