ID unbranded pliers

I found a pair of unbranded pliers, 6 inch unfinished. Slip joint pliers are very common, but these look familiar they are stamped PR206 USA.

I think those were in Chevy kits. Not positive.

Apparently the PR206 was a part number marked on some pairs of pliers. Here is a catalog page from 1938 and several more Vlchek pliers. The coolest ones and the hardest to find are the ones with the Flying V logo in the last picture.
