ID & value Mac ratcheting wrench set please.

Went and dug my bifocals out and started typing in various possibilities for this patent number and I can't find anything on them.

Set of seven metric for $50 for sale locally.

I guess I don't need an ID so much as want to know if it's a decent deal.

If they are combo wrenches then it's probably worth it for the set. Unless some key sizes are missing. Any pics?
