ID Vintage USA Made Ignition Wrenches

I have four vintage ignition wrenches all marked "Made in USA"
I ID'ed one of them, a 15/64 X 13/64 Kraeuter with K in Triangle
The rest I need help indentifying:
(A) 13/64 X 15/64 marked "A"
(B) 7/32 X 1/4 marked "B"
(C) 1/4 X 7/32 marked "D"

The ones with a K in a star are made by Kastar.

I think that all the wrenches pictured are Kastar.

^ yes. all Kastar. the one with the "K in a star" is early - when the company was still located on Long Island (prior to their move to Racine WI.)
