Anyone know what these are? I found them in the bottom of a box of junk. I think they may be for a spot welder?

These two are steel but there are some others that are brass. After looking at them the steel are different than the brass ones.

Just measured them with calipers, there is no taper. Some of them have burn marks on the ends, I think I know the machine they came out of now. Even though it wasn't a weld it melted a flat steel plate to an aluminum bushing.
