Neighbor had bought and begun to install an 18x30 pole barn for hay storage when county zoning shut her down for being to close to a county rd. She is looking to sell the package for $5000.00 is that a good deal? It's open on the one long side and has 18' walls. The posts are set in Concrete (already in the ground so are probably a right off? My question is are there any ideas on changing the building for a better work shop size wise?? 18' is too high but how high do I need for a two post lift to lift a full size pickup. Can you cut the metal and fill in the missing pieces? I have limited space as I am a cliff dweller, any thoughts. TB
