Garage is about done with the 100amp service install, now getting ready to run the lines into the house. May be a little fun as there is not much room to work above the panel where the service lines come in. My 200amp house panel is plenty busy with lines!

Question... I am running three lines w/3ga and a 6ga gw. through 1.5" pvc up to the house. Is conduit typically needed once you are inside the wall ? (it is about 12-18" from entrance to the panel.)

If yes, what is the recommended type, and smallest conduit I could get by with for these 4 wires?

Thanks!

Individual wires need to be in a conduit or some type of approved raceway. I don't have my cheat sheets handy but I believe you can get by with 1 1/4" conduit for three #3 and one #6 THHN/THWN wires.
