Hydraulic hoses are made to withstand temperatures hundreds of degrees higher than the outlet temp of any air compressor tank, and pressures that no standard pump and tank air compressor could hope to achieve (2500psi or more).

I hate to say this but you are incorrect.
Say a standard hydraulic hose is rated for 212
f when used with oil it would be rated lower for when used with air. This is because the high temp air ***** the moisture out of the hose making it stiff and eventually brittle.
Now you could buy a DOT air braked hose and it would maintain the full 302f.
The working pressure would drop significantly as well due to air being compressible.
Also observe the following if using a hydraulic hose for high pressure air service
1. For air or gaseous applications above 250 PSI (1,7 MPa), the
cover should be pin pricked. The service life for air or gaseous
applications can be unpredictable, especially at higher pressures.
Contact Technical Service Department for more information
The pin pricking will let the air that migrates between the tube and hose cover escape. If you do not your hose cover may develop blisters of air.
Many options are available like Teflon lined hose or a corrugated metal hose to name a few.
