I am planning a 3 car build and trying to match current garage looks. House and garage are all brick with lap style siding on top edge. I have had a hard time finding matching used brick to cover the new garage so i am planning to just do the front and a couple feet on the sides and then transition to regular siding.

Any ideas on what style siding would look good for this? I can find any picture of similar setups eve though I think it should be common.

Here is a pic of the bricks for the current garage.

1. Anyone have a source for recycled brick in this style?

2. What would be a good siding to run for the sides and rear of garage? Pics?

You should be able to get new brick like that. It's a common style. It is meant to look used, but is actually new. You can get them at Home Depot. Your local masonry supply place should also have it.

I don't really have anything to add, other than the architect in me wants to say only change materials at inside corners, not outside ones...
